Subway in Meerane

I would like to tell u first that I like subway as a chain and logically only refer to what I experienced in this branch. In general, the whole concept is coherent and as expected with Subway. However, one two points bother me. On the one hand, orders are not carried out correctly (things are forgotten), which was only noticed afterwards .. Since you don't always look closely at people. On the other hand, a negative mood is noticeable now and then. (I mean by that I was an instructor for researching employees. Now I am far from evaluating the situation, but that slightly lowers the reputation and should not necessarily happen in front of customers). But all in all a solid branch.

We were at the Subway in Meerane today and were really looking forward to the new Meatless Chicken Teriyaki Sub, which we wanted to try there for the first time. As we found out, however, the staff was completely uninformed and did not respond to our requests at all. After we had to correct again that we wanted a purely vegan order but were always only talking about vegetarian, the employee made a gesture to her colleague, according to the motto "Let them talk!". We didn't feel that we were in good hands there and went to another branch, where everything worked great.

After waiting 15 minutes and only one customer in front of me, the 2 employees were unable to take my order. A private conversation among colleagues seemed more important here.

In 3 words: slow and crazy ... Kidsbox ordered but there was neither the pretzel roll nor a toy. The surprise was that there was no surprise. Oh and the quote: "stupid Spongebob" toys didn't exist either. We found out when we paid ...

One can definitely NOT speak of fresh here. Salad from the bag, 3 days the same chicken and other things in the bar ... (therefore extremely diarrhea) Always changing staff and super unfriendly people. Never again

The staff is always very friendly and the food tastes very good. Great attention is also paid to hygiene. The employee "Lilli" in particular was very accommodating and friendly.

I used to like to go there, but if you pay € 15.00 for two subs and there is almost nothing on it, you don't want to go there anymore. Some of the staff are rude and annoyed. A real shame!

Everything went like clockwork. I ordered by phone beforehand, came to the branch later, paid and went again. There were no problems, the staff are very friendly and of course the food was delicious.

Usually you are not even welcomed and also the further communication is very one-sided. As soon as you bring one (polite) small note (such as whether the employee could not pass the cheese on the whole bread and not just half) you will be treated as unfriendly. In my opinion, friendliness is the least of what an employee of a fast food restaurant should have.

Great 18.30 clock and only one bread variety available. So what is that. Wanted for a group of shopping but apparently this business does not need our money. If now the bread is all what sells on Saturday and Sunday? Or should one think that the old must go away ?? Recommendation is clearly no. I just go to the competition, yes have choice.

Food as usual very good. But when we took this outside at the table, a short time later, 2 employees sat down next to us and smoked (while we were still eating) one of the staff wished "good appetite" In addition, WC is not marked as this.

We are often here - equipment is pleasant, the seating area could be larger, but for the Meerane team nothing. Likewise, the prices are set by the company and not by the respective restaurant. And for a "healthy" and freshly prepared meal, the prices are reasonable ...

Constantly changing staff, lack of cleanliness on the toilet, leftovers and chewing gum at the tables, broken benches and unfriendly service at the counter. Food okay but not again, there are better sub's in Altenburg and Zwickau
